1. Payment Terms:
Before any project commences, the client is required to make a down payment of 60% to 70% of the total project cost. The remaining balance shall be paid upon completion of the work, prior to final delivery or launch.

2. Client Responsibilities:
Clients are responsible for providing all necessary content, including text, images, and other media required to complete the project. Content should be submitted in a timely manner to avoid delays in delivery.

3. Copyright and Legal Responsibility:
Tellosoft Media will not be held liable for any materials or content provided by the client that infringes upon local or international copyright laws. It is the sole responsibility of the client to ensure that all provided materials are legally owned or properly licensed.

4. Refund Policy:
All payments made to Tellosoft Media are non-refundable. Once work has commenced or payment has been received, no refund shall be issued under any circumstance.

5. Project Expiration:
If a client fails to complete or follow up on their project before the hosting or project timeline expires, Tellosoft Media shall not be obligated to resume the work without a fresh agreement and possible renegotiation of fees.

6. Limitation of Liability:
Tellosoft Media shall not be held responsible for any loss, damage, or claim arising from the use, misuse, or delay of project materials, nor from third-party content or hosting issues.

By proceeding with payment or engaging our services, the client acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions.
